A Real Estate company is looking for a highly efficient and professional full time Administrative manager/General Manager to handle the day to day duties of the firm and manage its employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the firm
  • Participate in developing policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and cross checking fellow employee email activity and standard employee reports
  • Scheduling meetings and following up with clients on client inquiries
  • Answering phones and speaking to clients face to face and in person
  • Attending client meetings/viewings
  • Respond to client email inquiries in a timely manner providing knowledgeable company feedback
  • Take meetings on behalf of the Managing Director, in case of his/her absence
  • Handle employee relations and maintain employee records
  • Promote company’s mission and values
  • Develop and follow marketing techniques and procedures to build client database

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of HND
  • At least 1-3 years working experience
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Great typing skills
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Good communication skills
  • Male applicants only
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Marketing or sales background preferred but not required
  • Applicant should be comfortable working in and out of the office, and comfortable with face to face contact with clients
