Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing Marketing & Sales Strategy of the business
- Implementing Marketing & Sales Strategy
- Managing other team members to ensure overall sales targets are achieved
- Managing business relationship with key stakeholders and customers of the company
- Active participation in development new products of the company as well as modification of existing products in line with changing needs of consumers
- Carrying out periodic market research to aid in strategy fomulation and implementation
Required Skills or Experience
- Must have at least 3 years working experience in a similar position
- Must have strong written and presentation skills
- Must have a pleasant personality
- Must be fluent in the use of microsoft office suite (word, excel & powerpoint)
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have some understanding of how the media operates in Ghana
- Must have strong people management skills
- Must be willing to work for long hours when necessary on projects
- Must be willing to travel sometimes
- Ability to drive and having a valid drivers license would be an added advantage
