A start up media and advertising company is seeking a dynamic, innovative and creative individual to fill the position of
Job Description
Job Title: Office Manager.
Specific Duties
Ensure that the front desk provides a professional and friendly service to potential and current customers
Ensure that the office is tidy and and has everything necessary for it’s smooth running.
Ensure that company’s policy and security requirements are met by all employees
Handle weekly budgets and expenses
Handles calls with courtesy and politeness
Handles all customer design projects
Qualification and Experience
Must have at least ah HND, Diploma or relevant secretarial certificates
Must be proficient in CorelDraw, Photoshop or other design softwares, Ms Office and typing (Do not apply otherwise)
Must be proficient in with office machines eg printer
Must be an excellent communicator and eloquent in English
Must have good people skills
Must be able to work with little to no supervision
Must be smart, witty, and creative
Must reside around Spintex Road and its environs
