Job Description

Reports to: Site Manager
Location: Site Based – Gara Underground Mine in South Western Mali

REMUNERATION / OTHER PACKAGES

A highly competitive remuneration commensurate with experience
Meals and accomodation provided whilst on site
Travel provided to and from work
Person recruited must be prepared to do a work roster of 8 weeks on duty and 4 weeks off duty

Required Skills or Experience

Must have B.Sc. Geomatic Engineering or a minimum a Diploma in Mine Survey from a recognised University
Minimum of 2 years proven Underground Surveying experience
Experience in Surpac Software
Knowledge of Leica Total Station
Must have knowledge of setting out Lasers for both Development and Production activities
Must have excellent work ethic
Written and oral fluency in English. A knowledge in French is an added advantage
