Job Description
Job Purpose:
To plan and achieve the targeted revenue from the Prepaid & Postpaid product categories while ensuring implementation of customized programs to create stickiness of the existing base, resulting in reduced customer churn & higher usage.
Achieve the desired revenue from the base by designing and developing customized programs
Designing, managing, analyzing programs and promoting offers to create stickiness of the base to the network and hence building loyalty
Decrease the contribution of inactive users in the network
Ensure an error free process for various tariffs/promotional programs
Ensure an increase in the contribution of long distance traffic in the calling pattern
Required Skills or Experience
First Degree in Marketing
Post graduate in Marketing
Masters in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification
12 years of experience in Marketing
3 years of relevant telecom or FMCG experience
8 – 10 years in handling product category
Ability to innovate and deliver value to business at multiple levels
Ability to manage large scale and very wide geographical scopes across Africa
Ability to manage outsourcing partners to deliver business solutions
