Job Purpose:
To plan and achieve the target from the Roaming, One Network and International businesses while also ensuring effective management of Airtel Ghana’s relationship with all signed carriers.

Main Duties & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs and offers to achieve the target revenue from Roaming, One Network and International businesses
• Rigorously plan and monitor activities to ensure bucket’s revenue contribution to total company revenue is at desired proportion
• Continuously identify and hence create various channels and means of driving the customer use mobile for International calls
• Grow international traffic and achieve the desired share of total in-roaming traffic
• Ensure growth in the ratio of outgoing to incoming international traffic

Required Skills or Experience
