Job Description

Job Purpose:
To ensure the effective and efficient implementation of acquisition strategies for the mobile business operations so as to gain a substantial share of Industry Gross Adds and Net Adds.

To ensure the effective and efficient utilization of the Sales and Distribution budget
Identify the key strengths of competition and plan key tactics to get incremental share of net adds from competition
To implement HV and enterprise schemes which are simple and crisp and increase the delight among existing and prospective customers
Provide summarized analysis to aid Acquisition Manager in taking commercial and strategic decisions
Direct process of reports on acquisition strategies that show trends, ROI and impact to aid effective business decisions
Ensure quality process and monitor acquisition led management information systems and benchmarks
Daily tracking of all products and promotions with recommendations
Assist the Bucket Manager in planning and directing new customer hand holding tactics for revenue stimulation

Required Skills or Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management or any related discipline
Certifications or additional qualifications in Advertising, Business Administration, Communications and Management will be an added advantage
Minimum 2 years working experience in FMCG, Financial, Media Industry and or Telecoms Marketing
