We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Managing Director’s working life and communication.

Job Title: Personal Assistant
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact to the Managing Director
- Managing diaries, organizing meetings, setting appointments, often controlling access to the Managing Director
- Receiving phone inquiries and requests, correspondences and handling them where appropriate
- Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation as and when necessary
- Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Organizing meetings, ensuring the Managing Director is well prepared for meetings and taking minutes
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Conducting research on behalf of the Managing Director
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the Managing Director
Job Requirements/Qualification
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- First Degree in any relevant Discipline
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
