Job Title: HR Manager
Job Responsibilities
Formulation and communication of Human Resources Policies to other departments
Integration of HR issues with general organizational management
Recruitment
Compensation and salary administration
Facilitate the induction and orientation of new employees
Training needs assessment
Training and Career development
Labour relations and discipline management
Performance management
Filing and record keeping
Development and implementation of a corporate wellness program
Preparation of Job Descriptions and employment contracts
Preparation of HR monthly reports
Technical Skills Required
The candidate must have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving, stress management and time management skills are required.
Excellent record keeping and documentation skills are required.
Written and spoken fluency in English required.
Ability to work under pressure and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
The candidate must:
Be adept in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Have Verbal and Numerical reasoning.
Have 3 years’ experience in a hotel industry.
Have master’s certificate from a recognized institution.
