Required Skills / Experience

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of industrial experience is a must
• Good knowledge over MS Office
• Ability to relate positively to staff and withstand pressure
• Ability to handle conflict effectively, be fair and firm
• Good team player
• Good persuasive and influencing skills

NB : Persons from Tema region will be preferred most
