Job Title: Brand Manager – HVC, FBB, VBS, Wholesale – VODCBU0217
Role purpose:
To assist the Snr. Marketing Manager to execute brand and communication plans for respective function(s) and segment(s) in line with agreed strategies to achieve KPIs. Will be required to work with stakeholders within the respective function(s) and segment(s) and also with the brand team and other teams across the business.
This role involves inputting into function and segment strategies and showing leadership in marketing communication planning and execution across media channels.
The incumbent will also be expected to input and finalize communication strategies with support from other media specialists. He/she will be expected to be the Key contact and lead for agency interactions for function and segment.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Developing strategic marketing communication plans and manage communication calendar
- Developing comprehensive Insight Led briefs which for Creative, Media, Event and PR Agencies. Identifying strategic sponsorships which are in line with communication strategies and advise budget allocation.
- Increasing brand visibility and relevance and supporting all customer engagement programs/campaigns. Driving positive brand perception among customers with marketing communications among other KPIs. Coordinating all support functions – Internal communications, PR, Supply Chain, Events, Media and Retail to achieve KPIs.
- Leading on the development of ATL and BTL Campaigns to drive value & network differentiation in the market. Adhering to the Vodafone brand guidelines. Following internal processes on all executions
- Monitoring, reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns/marketing initiatives. Monthly review of Brand Measurement Scores (BMS) for further strategic planning

Experience/Skill Requirements:
- FMCG Sales and Marketing and Brand Communication experience (5 years)

- Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
