Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Advisor
Pipeline Development & Lead Generation
- Support the Commercial and Industrial Sales team to build and maintain a database of possible prospects for Appolonia City’s products by conducting desktop research and cold calling
- Support the Commercial and Industrial Sales team to build and maintain a pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by actively working to qualify leads through calls and meetings
- Attend sales, marketing and networking events with a view to generating sales leads
- Schedule and attend meetings with sales prospects
- Assist in the formulation of thematic commercial and industrial sales programs designed to create commercial and industrial sales opportunities;
- Execute business development strategies with a view to attracting commercial and industrial off-takers to Appolonia City;
Sales and Marketing:
- Originate and close commercial and industrial sales transactions with a view to meeting targets set by senior leadership
- Build and maintain strong long-term strategic commercial relationships with trade and industry associations, co-operatives and agents;
- Manage transactions through the entire sales process including client presentations, site visits, negotiations, internal approvals, closure and administration;
- Support Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Business Development Manager and CEO to close commercial and industrial transactions as necessary
