ARB Apex Bank Jobs in Ghana: Helpdesk Support Executive Job vacancy
Under the auspices of the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), applications are invited from suitably qualified person for the Rural Banks Computer Operations Centre, under the Ghana Rural Bank Computerization and Interconnectivity Project (GRBCIP).
This position holder will:-
- Report to the Manager in charge of the Help Desk and will be responsible for all help desk issues
- Receive IT Support request from end-users and System Administrators of RCBs, log the request, and liaise with the Technical support team to resolve issues
- Generate regular reports on all outstanding issues that need to be resolved
- Ensure end-users receive excellent IT customer service
- Provide feedback to users on issues logged with the helpdesk, etc
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Studies (Secretarial Option) or its equivalent
- At least 1 year post qualification experience in HELPDESK DUTIES preferably in a banking environment
- Familiarity with Temenos T24 Banking Software application is desirable. Men are encouraged to apply
