Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Properly manage the central archives, its storage media, its surroundings and all its installations.
• Receive information on past transactions of ProCredit, which are relevant as documentary proof of the work of its business offices, for safe-keeping.
• Develop and manage the archiving management software, in collaboration with the IT department
• Develop a retention schedule for archived documents.
• Ensure that appropriate security measures are put in place to safeguard the archives and its materials against potential threats of fire, theft, crime, rain, flood, air pollution, dampness, insects and explosion.
• Ensure that policies and manuals pertaining to the collateral management and fixed assets functions are up-to-date.
• Coordinate the collation, receipt and management of seized collaterals and fixed assets from the branches and head office, for proper safe-keeping.
• Collaborate effectively with the Legal. Credit Risk, Administration, Procurement and Finance departments to ensure easy retrieval of collaterals/fixed assets in the valuation and auctioning process.
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND in Records Management
• At least 2 years working experience in a similar position
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft applications.
• Experience in warehouse management (added advantage)

Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Act promptly and be actively involved in exiting staff loan restructuring and settlement process.
• Be Responsible for the recovery of all ex-staff problem loans
• Assist in all court duties related to recovery of defaulting loans
• Files and ensure that court processes are executed
• Tracking and Locating of defaulting ex-5taff
• Develop an appropriate strategy to monitor and recover loans owed by ex-Staff.
• Perform administrative duties on all court cases.
Qualification Required & Experience
• GCE/SSS/DBS
• At least two (2) years work experience, desirably in debt recovery or a law firm
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Conversant with computers and modern office productivity tools
• Motivated, enthusiastic, friendly but firm, team player
• Able to work under pressure
• Physically strong
• Proven ability to systematically and logically analyze information
• Ability to organize and manage timelines, even in the face of limited resources and under time pressure.
• You are expected to be resourceful in using different tactics in getting recoveries and handle different or difficult situations when necessary

Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate assigned vehicle(s) in a safe and courteous manner for errands in town and for official trips
• Ensure the maintenance of the assigned vehicle(s) and follow up on repairs to guaranty their optimum conditions
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records as required by management
• Dusts desks, telephones and computers
• Sweeps floors, walkway and all relevant areas outside the building
• Cleans kitchen and cups, dishes and cutlery
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
• ’0′ level/SHS certificate
• Standard 7 Certificate or Middle School Leavers Certificate
• He/she must be a trained professional driver attested by a certificate and valid driver’s license
• At least 4 years relevant experience in driving.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team
• Ability to adapt to change
• High level of stress tolerance
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• Basic Computer Skills
• Good written and verbal communications skills
