Job Title 1: Security Guards
Job Description
The Group wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to plan, direct and control the divisional activities.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification
- A minimum of SSSCE qualification
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in a professional security firm
- Must be a team player
- Must be prepared to work under pressure
- Must have verifiable references

Job Title 2: Head of Roofing Estimation
Job Description
The Group wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to plan, direct and control the divisional activities.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the work of the estimators of the company
- Must be able to do extractions and calculate material quantities
- Overseeing measurement taking especially long distance jobs
- Inspect and present report on projects undertaken by the company on weekly basis
- Shall channel the problems facing field workers to the Business Development Manager
- Shall be in charge of training new estimators
- Any other duty that may be assigned
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification
- Must have an HND or degree in Building Technology
- A minimum of five (5) years working experience in the roofing industry, including a supervisory role
- Must be computer literate
- A professional degree in Marketing will be an added advantage

Job Title 4: Production Supervisors (KitchenWare)
Job Description
The Group wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to plan, direct and control the divisional activities.
To be in charge of the Production Section of the Holloware factory of the Company.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Responsible for drawing up production schedules and overseeing its processes
- Establishing minimum and maximum production levels in relation to market demand
- Monitor to ensure that the agreed production processes are duly developed, followed and also establish systems related to production
- Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments
- Liaise and co-operate with quality management and standards bodies
- Any other duty that may be assigned
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification
- University Degree, HND or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related production management qualification.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a MUST and in relation to Aluminum/Holloware Sector will be a plus

Job Title 5: Accountant
Job Description
The Group wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to plan, direct and control the divisional activities.
Job Purpose:
To provide technical and administrative leadership for the finance department of the company under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer.
Essential Duties:
- Exercises oversight responsibility over the finance activities of the company.
- Co-ordinates the preparation of financial reports, budgets and other financial overcasts.
- Establish appropriate financial controls and procedures to guide operations of the finance and accounting function.
- Leads in negotiating with key supplies, banks and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and report to management all matters relating to financial administration of the company including tax advisory.
Required Skills or Experience
Key Competencies:
Qualification
- A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of six (6) years post hands-on experience
Technical:
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software is a must (preferably Tally software)
- Must possess excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
Personality:
- Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels
- Ability to articulate viewpoints and stick to them where necessary – assertiveness
- Snap decision-maker, but discerning and prudent
- Highly self motivated, dynamic and brisk
- Ability to work to meet timelines
Managerial:
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to plan and coordinate
- Must have excellent people and management skills
