Asadtek Group Limited, comprising of Asadtek Kitchenware Limited, Asadtek Roofing Limited and Asadtek Properties Limited is a rapidly growing Group of companies in manufacturing and Real Estates sectors.

 

1. Customer Service Executive (Roof Products)

The Group wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to plan, direct and control the divisional activities.

Basic Responsibilities:

  1. Generate customers’ feedback report
  2. Follow up on market leads and dispatched Proforma invoices until orders are firmed up
  3. Preparation of Individual Sales Performance Report
  4. Preparation of Monthly Performance (Roofing) Report
  5. Generating and implementing actions from performance reports

 

Required Skills or Experience

  1. Must have a professional Marketing qualification preferably CIM, UK
  2. A minimum of five (5) years working experience in a similar position, with 2 years as a supervisor
  3. Computer literate particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  4. Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
  5. Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsible to schedules and work well under pressure
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. High level of motivation, commitment and self-starter
  8. Ability to work with and lead teams
  9. Must have verifiable references

Age Requirements: Must be 25 years or above
 

2. Production Supervisors (Kitchenware)

  • University Degree, HND or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related production management qualification
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is a Must and in relation to Aluminium/Holloware Sector will be a plus

Age Requirements: Must be 35 years or above

 

3. Accountant

Essential Duties:

  • Exercises oversight responsibility over the finance activities of the company
  • Co-ordinates the preparation of financial reports, budgets and other financial forecasts
  • Establish appropriate financial controls and procedures to guide operations of the finance and accounting function
  • Lead in negotiating with key supplies, banks and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and report to management all matters relating to financial administrative of the company including tax advisory

 

Required Skills or Experience

Key Competencies:

Advertisement
  • A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of six (6) years post hands-on experience in a manufacturing company, three (3) of which must be in a managerial position

Technical:

  • Proficiency in the use of accounting software is a must (preferably Tally software)
  • Must possess excellent financial modeling and analytical skills

Personality:

  • Ability to relate effectively to people at all levels
  • Ability to articulate viewpoints and stick to them where necessary – assertiveness
  • Snap decision-marker, but discerning and prudent
  • Highly self motivated, dynamic and brisk
  • Ability to work to meet deadlines

Managerial:

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to plan and coordinate
  • Must have excellent people management skills
4. Stores/Warehouse Supervisors

The Group wishes to employ highly experienced and motivated people to plan, direct and control the divisional activities.

Basic Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing the work of stores clerks
  2. Keeping stock of inventory levels and generating required reports
  3. Managing minimum stock requirements for restocking
  4. Ensuring effective and efficient running of the company’s warehouse

 

Required Skills or Experience

  • Must have HND in Supply Chain management of Procurement
  • Should be computer literate and must be good in the use of spreadsheet
  • A minimum of five years experience in manufacturing warehousing

Age Requirements: Must be 35 years or above

 

5. Head of Roofing Estimation

  1. Must have HND or degree in Building Technology
  2. A minimum of five (5) years working experience in the roofing industry, including a supervisory role
  3. Must be computer literate
  4. A professional degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
  5. Ability to plan, prioritize work effectively, be responsible to schedules and work well under pressure
  6. Must be proactive and be willing to take initiative
  7. Ability to work with and lead teams
  8. Must have verifiable references

Age Requirements: Must be 35 years or above

 

6. Drivers

  1. Minimum of N.V.T.I Grade Two
  2. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of driving experience including (2) years of driving heavy duty vehicles
  3. Experience in the use of tractors and forklifts will be an added advantage
  4. Background in auto repairs and maintenance is essential
  5. Must be a team player
  6. Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure
  7. Must possess driving license class B, C & D
7. Security
  1. A minimum of SSS qualification
  2. A minimum of three (3) years experience in a professional security firm
  3. Must be a team player
  4. Must be prepared to work under pressure
  5. Must have verifiable references
Age Requirement: Must be 28 years or above and very energetic
