Job Title: Country Manager, Fintech

Backed by a world-class management team and suite of investors, this Fintech company is one of the fastest-growing in Africa, taking its operations to over a dozen countries and providing affordable financial products to millions of people.

THE ROLE: Country Manager

The business requires a Country Manager to drive sales and partnerships, taking full P&L responsibility along the way. You will manage a vibrant team spanning Business Development, Finance, Operations, IT, HR and Customer Relations.

The right person for this role is a proven leader who can think strategically, inspire a diverse team and prides themselves as a customer champion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate with at least 7 years’ experience in Business Development and/or Sales Operations
• Fluent English
• Experience of P&L ownership
• Agile; able to deal with change or ambiguity at times
• Organised and driven
• Preferred: Relevant experience in West Africa, ideally Ghana
