Job Description
Ensure that various systems of the Bank are effective and reports generated are analyzed for better decision making. Ensure availability and security of cash movement. Ensure maximum efficiency in the operations of the Bank and its agencies
The successful candidate must:
Work closely with the departments and agencies; assist the Manager in the efficient operations of the Bank including the implementation of policies and procedures
Monitoring Agency Heads and their Operations. Specie movements including cheque deposits
Timely Annual Budget preparation and implementation and comparative analysis of performance of Budget with solutions to variations
Preparation, implementation and monitoring of corporate plan. Supervise Information and communication as well as Micro finance Operations including Mobile Banking (susu operations)
Supervise all money transfers (both domestic and foreign) and saving mobilization
Assist Human Resource Manager in training/education of staff and customers alike
Assist in specialized banking services, recommending modern but cost effective and innovative ways of Banking
Ensure a good customer care and customer relationship is maintained
Required Skills or Experience
A minimum of First Degree in Administration, Accounting Option, ACCA, ICA (GH) or equivalent from a recognised institution
A minimum of Five (5) years working experience
Excellent computer skills with expertise in power point, word, excel and outlook
The person should be between the ages of 35 and 50 years
