Bilingual Education Programs Administrative Assistant
- Provide overall administrative and program support for the implementation of company programs (all education programs)
- Draft and manage written correspondence and reports.
- Assist in coordinating events, in collaboration with the relevant implementing partners.
- Devise and maintain office systems, such as data management, filing, supplies, etc.
- Arrange travel, transport, itineraries and accommodation and other logistics for all the company staff and partner company visits in consult with the company’s operations lead.
- Organize meetings, schedule appointments and ensure all materials needed for meetings are prepared.
- Handle enquiries and requests when appropriate.
- Manage office supplies in coordination with Program Assistant.
- Assist in coordinating the implementation of company projects.
- Carry out background research on various issues on request.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
