Bilingual Education Programs Administrative Assistant

  • Provide overall administrative and program support for the implementation of company programs (all education programs)
  • Draft and manage written correspondence and reports.
  • Assist in coordinating events, in collaboration with the relevant implementing partners.
  •  Devise and maintain office systems, such as data management, filing, supplies, etc.
  • Arrange travel, transport, itineraries and accommodation and other logistics for all the company staff and partner company visits in consult with the company’s operations lead.
  • Organize meetings, schedule appointments and ensure all materials needed for meetings are prepared.
  • Handle enquiries and requests when appropriate.
  • Manage office supplies in coordination with Program Assistant.
  •  Assist in coordinating the implementation of company projects.
  •  Carry out background research on various issues on request.
  • Perform any other duties assigned.


Required Skills or Experience

Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.

·         Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of best practice guidelines in an organizational setting.

·         Proven interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

·         Excellent judgment, analytical, and discretionary ability.

·         Experience and ability in decision support, flexibility and adaptability to change.


·         Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

·         Demonstrated work experience in international/multicultural work environment.
