Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Managers

The Role

•   Responsible for increasing and sustaining the Bank’s profitability in assigned Business Unit in line with set key performance indicators (KPI’s).
•   Identify new business opportunities, lead, develop, present and convert sustainable new business opportunities as well as ensuring continued growth from current portfolios to agreed set targets
•   Network to develop and leverage relationships to provide new business opportunities

The Candidate

•   Must be business oriented
•   Have extreme passion and focus on customer needs
•   Extensive understanding and interest in banking products and market

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a good first degree
•   Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in Business Development and Relationship Management
