1. Job Description

Job Title: Risk and Compliance Officer

Roles / Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risk
• Assist in the development of and manage processes to identify and evaluate business area risk and control self-assessments
• Manage the process for developing risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities
• Monitor major and critical risk issues
• Manage the process for elevating control risks to more senior levels when appropriate
• Manage the corporate risk and control assessment reporting process as well as manage and maintain infrastructure elements (e.g management reporting, including reporting to senior management)
• Liaison with business units to prepare Functional specifications
• Ensure technical specifications meet the stated needs of the business
• Ensure that he Bank conduct its business in full compliance with all Laws and regulations pertaining to the Banking Industry as well as Professional Standards
• Conduct compliance & risk assessments
• Conduct and document audits of compliance to industry standards
• Define & produce policies, procedures, processes & other documentation as required

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good first degree, ACIB, ACCA or any professional qualification with a minimum of 5 years post qualification and working experience in Banking
• A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage

Required Skills and Experience

• Sound knowledge of Banking, Banking Law and Practice and Enterprise Risk Management
• Very good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• High sense of responsibility and results oriented attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

2. Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Marketing Officer

•   Work full time to effectively market company’s products (Sales of High-earn books and educational materials) to a wide reach of customers (students, parents, teachers, churches).
• Arrange for deliveries to be made at the client’s doorstep.
• Establish contacts with potential clients and build new orders from existing clients
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly set targets
• Write daily and weekly reports on sales and stock activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience:

• Successful applicant must have at least completed a secondary/ technical or vocational education.
• Must be hardworking, highly enthusiastic and target-driven.
• Must be a Team player.
• Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Must have good analytical skills.
• Should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Successful candidate must have a simple android phone that can access educational apps from the play store.
• He/she must also have an active email account and able to use the various social media platforms.

Salary: GH¢ 500 to GH¢ 1,000
