Job Title: Head Customer Insight and Analytics
Responsibilities
- The substantive role holder will be expected to provide for the business, relevant, timely, insights into our chosen customer segments to provide real time understanding of customer choices, preferences and decision trends
- Role holder must be able to (using a number of respected golden sources externally and internally): provide a meaningful narrative of market trends, customer behaviour and insights, and predictive models of these trends, behaviours and insights
- Must be able to determine the areas of best fit between the composite of our history, brand, capability, competitive advantages and customer segments/types, in order to make our customer targeting more laser focused
- Must be able to quantify and qualify the value pools and reserves of sustainable customer viability
- Must be able to design reporting tables/MI for the sole purpose of enhancing decision-making centred on our customers
