Job Description
- Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
- Company: A Three Star Resort in the Easter Region
- Reports to: The General Manager
Job Role
Your main role is to drive profitable business growth for The Resort through our four (4) profit centers;
- Banqueting/ Conferencing/ Events, Rooms & Restaurant) through mainly;
- Managing a Sales Pipeline that clearly shows The Resort’s prospective Income Position within a period.
- Being responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities of The Resort.
- Developing and implementing monthly sales strategy to drive sales aggressively.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly call reports for the General Manager.
- Introducing new ideas for product development.
- Undertake periodic market and industry research and inform management.
- Managing key client relationships.
- Preparing a complete and up to date client database.
- Setting up and managing Sales Channels, both direct and in-direct.
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a HND required
- At least 2-3 years working experience in a Sales capacity.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
