Job Description

Job Title: Head, Retail Banking

Scope of job

• Prospecting and winning new clients for the company
• Marketing of the company’s products to both existing and prospective customers.(i.e assets, liabilities e-banking products etc.)
• Appraise credit application in assigned portfolio and make appropriate recommendations to members of the credit committee.
• Act as liaison between customers and the company.
• Monitoring and recovery of risk assets in portfolio.
• Assist with supervision of the activities of the relationship officers in assigned branch.

Qualification Required & Experience

• First degree in Business, Social Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the retail sector with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
