Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative – Power Tools

• Drive the increase of the brand awareness of Bosch Power Tools in Ghana.
• Develop good understanding of products, competition and key success factors to drive value and volume achievement in country.
• Establish client relationships and resolve their concerns in a timely manner.
• Identify, recruit and develop dealer and specialized sell out channels.
• Conduct regular customer visits at your assigned sales area, taking into consideration account turnover development and needs of customers.
• Support sell out activities in specialized trade and dealers‘ outlets.
• Develop annual joint business plans with customers to help drive business targets.
• Proactively report unusual or new market conditions and product performance information to your supervisor. Submit recommendations as appropriate.
• Achieve annual sales targets and objectives.
• Plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of assigned sales area.
• Promote the positive company image and maintain long term relationship with customers.
