Job Title: Sales Representative – Power Tools
- Drive the increase of the brand awareness of Bosch Power Tools in Ghana.
- Develop good understanding of products, competition and key success factors to drive value and volume achievement in country.
- Establish client relationships and resolve their concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify, recruit and develop dealer and specialized sell out channels.
- Conduct regular customer visits at your assigned sales area, taking into consideration account turnover development and needs of customers.
- Support sell out activities in specialized trade and dealers‘ outlets.
- Develop annual joint business plans with customers to help drive business targets.
- Proactively report unusual or new market conditions and product performance information to your supervisor. Submit recommendations as appropriate.
- Achieve annual sales targets and objectives.
- Plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of assigned sales area.
- Promote the positive company image and maintain long term relationship with customers.
