Job Description

Job Title: Company Secretary (Board Secretary) 

Role

• Act as the company secretary of Builsa Community Bank LTD
• Ensure that the Board of Directors complies with all statutory duties spelled out by the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992)
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Board of Directors

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of HND Secretaryship or similar qualification from a recognized institution
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar position

Location: Upper East Region
