Camfed is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic individuals as part of a major scale up.

• You are an exceptional individual ready to launch our innovative programme aiming to seed and help sustain viable businesses led by yound women in rural areas of Northern Ghana

Required Skills or Experience

• You should have a Master’s degree and 10-15 years of private sector, entrepreneurial and project management experience, including experience gained in rural areas
• Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised under pressure and flexibility to travel
