Job Description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Reports to: Business Development and Marketing Manager

The successful candidate will be expected to deploy traditional and contemporary sales and marketing strategies and activities to consistently achieve agreed sales targets

Salary/Benefits Package: Basic Salary + Attractive Commission on Sale + Medical cover

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum Degree in Sales and Marketing/Real Estate/Business Administration or a closely related course. A related Professional Qualification will be highly considered.

Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the Real Estate or a closely related industry

Key Skills Required

• Aggressive and Sales target driven
• Network marketing skills
• Social media savvy
• Website content development and management experience
• Solid presentation & events coordination skills
