Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
About the role
Our global Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) programme is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our global team, who will lead the charge on the financial investment for our work and establishing partnerships that will ensure our success.
You will be responsible for delivering the WEE business development strategy, incorporating fundraising and donor engagement activities, and you will therefore need to be at the forefront of knowledge in terms of funding and donor trends. In addition, you will develop value propositions for the various WEE interventions and pitch these to stakeholders across public, private and academic sectors.
About You
Our ideal candidate will come with outstanding communication and inter-personal qualities, and a flair for written communications, turning complex programming realities into digestible and inspiring proposals. You will be a team player, and have a passion for influencing the discourse and call to action around women’s empowerment.
