Job Description

Job Title: Operations and Logistics Manager

· Handle all development and operational activities of global air, sea freight forwarding and clearing business
· Develop network of partners and subsidiaries
· Managing all forwarding/clearing operations activities
· Responsible for achieving departmental productivity goals
· To plan and develop the systems and procedures to improve the operations quality and efficiency of the division
· Monitoring the Custom Clearance procedures and ensuring to build a strong relationships with various governmental organizations and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations
· To set individual accountability and goals and to give recommendations for the internal promotions. Other related responsibility or administrative duties
· Manage, control and supervise the activities of the Clearing and Forwarding operations staff
· Monitor payments of debit notes (shipping and terminal)
· Deal with customs queries where the clearing staff cannot resolve same
· Report daily activities Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in the clearing process
· Agree on costs and disbursements to carry out clearing
· Check and verify shipping records, handle questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and address problems with inventory control
· Ensure proper compliance and adherence to all appropriate regulations, policies and laws
· Consistently promote a strong corporate culture, quality and high performance work teams

· Bringing sales of all products such as warehousing, local distribution. Air freight, sea Freight and road transport
· Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers, in accordance with Managements directives, to drive the business and grow the company’s revenue, market share and profitability
· Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner
