Duration: One Year Contract- Renewable on Annual Basis upon Satisfactory Performance

CHF International seeks a qualified Ghanaian to fill the above-stated position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements on a monthly basis.
Process Intra Company Invoices and forwarding same to HQ.
Ensuring Advances are Reconciled on a timely manner and reviewed for Accuracy, Completeness and Reliability of Supporting documentation.
Examine invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Process invoices for payment using QuickBooks/Excel.
Maintains Sound Filing system for Financial Records.
Assist in Budget Preparation & Management of budgets of Sub-Grantees
Assists with Review of Sub-grantees Financial Statements.
Assists with Capacity Building of Sub-grantees Finance Officers.
Assists with Financial and Administrative monitoring of programs.
Assists with Preparation of Periodic Financial Reports.
Preparation of Petty Cash vouchers and seeking approval for payment.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor.

Required Skills or Experience
At least three years relevant working experience
University degree and/ or Professional Accounting qualification.
Written and spoken English language proficiency preferred
High degree of computer literacy; MS Excel and MS Word are essential.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to determine priorities and respect deadlines.
