Job Profile
IMPAQ International is seeking a Chief of Party (COP) for an anticipated USAID-funded Education Evaluation Program in Ghana. The primary objective will be to build, improve and strengthen monitoring and evaluation capacity at various levels within the Government of Ghana and local institutions; support USAID/Ghana Performance Management Plan functions; and promote evidence-based decision-making in the education sector.

Qualifications and Requirements
 Master degree in a related field such as Education or Economics
 At least 5 years of experience in management and monitoring and evaluation programs, and conducting education research and policy studies
 Demonstrated experience in working with senior government officials and civil society for USAID or other donor development programs
 Demonstrated skills in problem solving, consensus building and coordination of government and civil society institutions
 Strong leadership skills and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams
 Fluent in written and spoken English

Desired Qualifications
 Ph.D. in relevant field.
 Regional program management experience in West Africa/Ghana preferred.
 Experience in M&E and education in Ghana preferred
