Job Title: Production Manager

As a production manager, you’ll

• Set goals for performance and communicate them to subordinates
• Plan and organise production schedules and ensure they are met
• Monitor employee safety, quality, and productivity to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Provide training and technical support to subordinates and new employees
• Maintain good information flow
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company polices and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role in a fashion or production setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.
