Job Title: Headmaster

Vacancy exists for the post of Headmaster with the following Departments:

Creche,
Nursery,
Kindergarten,
Primary,
JHS

Selection would be based on three (3) main criteria namely:

B.Ed in Basic Education
Diploma in Basic Education

Experience
B.Ed. in Basic Education (Age: 40 Years)
Must have 7 years working experience 3 of which must be in a managerial position
Diploma in Basic Education (Age 45 Years)
Must have 10 years working experience 3 of which must be in a managerial position

Competencies
Applicants must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel application programs.

Applicants must exhibit good communication skills

Applicants must understand students’ cultural backgrounds, interests, skills, and abilities as they apply across a range of learning domains and/or subject areas

Applicants should be able to motivate students to learn while monitoring their progress toward instructional goals

Recording and Reporting assessment results for school-level analysis, evaluation and decision-making must be a core competency as well

Applicants are expected to have good rapport with parents and guardians including staff and form constructive relationship with them

Establish goals for professional development
