Voltic (GH) Limited, has been known for the manufacturing of the leading premium water brand in Ghana for over two decades. Currently, Voltic (GH) Limited has expanded its portfolio to cover alcoholic beverages, carbonated soft drinks, Juices and Value-Added Dairies. This role reports to the Managing Director. The job incumbent will be to provide assistance to the managing Director.

Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Managing Director
• booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
• Organizing events and conferences
• Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
• typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• managing databases and filing systems
• implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• collating and filing expenses

Skills, Experience & Education

Experience & Education:
Qualifications
• Tertiary qualification in Development studies / Communication / HR
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field
