The WAC C&B Executive is responsible to Co-define and implement the WAC Group strategy in terms of C&B, with the aim of enabling the company to attract, reward, develop and retain talent while delivering results and maintaining equity. In charge of aligning it with the strategic objectives and making sure it is in compliance with legal and other regulatory requirements. Will also be the internal HR controller of the WAC region.

Job Description
Job Title: Compensation Benefits Specialist
Your main responsibilities will be:
•Support ECCBC C&B management in the definition of C&B strategy for the WAC region.
•Define the best incentive & variable salary strategy according to the momentum & business model.
•Define the internal movements/promotion policy.
•Maintain internal equity in terms of C&B (Global mobility, benefits, salary increases,…).
•Harmonization of all social benefits at WAC level and detection of opportunities as well as C&B processes.
•WAC internal global mobility policy design support with ECCBC C&B team.
As Internal HR controller:
•FTE’s controlling & structures cost management and conduct benchmark analysis.
•Analysis of government benefits (related to people).
•Internal financial reports (WAC level) and external reports.
•T&E Controlling (together with Finance).
•Support management by providing advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
•Comply with WAC region legal requirements by anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
•Identify potential risks that can have an impact on the area and mitigate them.
The Successful Applicant should have:
•Between 4 years and 6 years of experience in a C&B roles.
.Numerical and analytical skills combined with strategical vision
•Knowledge of industries with high level of complexity in C&B.
•Familiarity with the laws, labour market, hour, and wage regulations throughout the region.
•Demonstrated ability to manage projects on a global basis
.Willing to learn, provide internal support and travel across the region (20%)
.Excel and new technologies heavy user
•Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
•Master’s degree in HR or MBA appreciated.
•Languages: English and French (preferably).
