Job Description

Job Title: Society Development Officer

• Organise loyal company farmers producing quality cocoa in sustainable manner
• Organise farmers into viable groups in all societies we operate through constant interaction with farmers/communities for our mutual benefits
• To register and build a database of Adwumapa Farmers
• To faciliate technical support (extension services) for all the farmers to improve their yields
• To encourage farmers to form co-operatives to seek financial assistance or access credit facilities from appropriate institutions to improve their standards of living

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have a first Degree or HND from a recognized institution preferably in the areas of purchasing and supply, marketing, accounting agricultural science and Agric business
• Must have completed national service
• Must be computer literate (Ms excel and word)
• Must be prepared to work in a rural area. Co-operations
• Should be willing travel to remote cocoa growing communities on short notice.
