Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Officer

• Checking in and checking out out guests of the hotel will be priority
• As part of receiving guests and attending to guests requests via telephone, email and in person, liaising with other departments is key to give accurate information to guests.
• Process bills for checking out guests and corporate guests.
• Receive payments/deposit from guests/companies and issue receipts appropriately.
• Close sales daily and hand over to colleagues on next shift
