Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities include:
· Contact and communicate potential clients to establish rapport
· Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
· Researching individuals and organizations to find new opportunities
· Increase value of current customers whilst attracting new ones
· Finding & developing new markets and improving sales
· Developing team goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
· Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Requirements include:
· Must be able to travel to our Teshie 1st Junction Office in Accra within 1-hour commute
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
· Have a minimum of 2-3 years of Sales or marketing experience
· Have experience in FMCG sector, Beauty, or Cosmetics industries
· Self-Starter with Strong communication and leadership skills
· IT fluency with Microsoft Office and be comfortable using a computer for various tasks
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with priorities
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
· Able Work in dynamic, intense environment and ability to adapt and customer focused
