Job Description

Job Title: Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth through consulting engineers, consultants, contractors by marketing products
• Generate quotes for HVAC equipment for engineers, mechanical contractors, and owners, then working to close the sale
• Conduct presentations in front of engineers, mechanical contractors and owners on key products and services
• Help maintain pre and post sales job files
• Coordinate with design engineering team
• Monitor and control proper project execution on site
• Coordinate projects with clients
• Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferable)
• Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
• HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC preferred
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• High sense of urgency and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office applications
