Job Purpose:
To capture dominant market share of the Corporate of SME segment by presence in all Corporate & SME dominated markets nationwide by appointing channel partners in all potential zones which will achieve projected sales and profit objectives of the segment and also enhance the revenue market share leadership.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define parameters for the enterprise/corporate segmentation and attendant key accounts and management
- Propose, implement and monitor unique enterprise value propositions and solutions as per individual client needs
- To develop and implement robust and cost efficient routes to markets including Direct Sales Teams and the use of acquisition partners
- Engage with businesses to understand corporate customer needs/problems and come up with possible solutions to address their needs
- Develop a holistic sales process that enhance efficiency from order to cash
- To bring channel in sync with our objectives and creating cohesive workforce
- Identify team training needs and implement appropriate learning interventions
- Recommend appropriate rewards and recognition
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelors in Business Management or related discipline
- Masters in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification
- 7 years of varied industry experience in Sales, 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom
- Sound understanding of telecoms value chain
- Capacity to interact and establish rapport with very senior levels of Management (Customers)
