Job Description
Report to a Foreign Director of the company.
Provide administrative, logistical and secretarial support.
Work schedule varies and is based upon Directors travel schedule.
Be thorough when performing the following duties:
Process incoming correspondence.
Maintain Director’s schedule of appointments, meetings and other business functions.
Coordinate travel plans/arrangements as required.
Maintain documentation and follow-up of key projects.
Have knowledge of Accra and surrounding region.
Act as cultural interpreter.
Required Skills or Experience
Education / experience in the following core competencies:
Computer skills, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook Mail)
Administrative support / executive level experience.
Good organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, dynamic, tireless and punctual.
