Job Description
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead Power Generation Business in Ghana
- Lead Power Generation Business in NWA Cross Border
- Travel to Cross Border countries and meet dealers and key customers to build relations
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy for Cross Border where we are dependent on dealers to get us business
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy for Ghana
- Work with the Ghana sales team and Cross Borders PG team to achieve a 15% market share by end of 2025
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
- 7 to 10 years of work experience in Power Generation sales
- Started career as a sales engineer and grown to sales manager level within the Power Generation industry
- Engineering background or MBA with extensive sales experience in the Power Generation industry
- The ability to speak French will be added advantage
