Job Description

Job Title: Finance Graduate

The Finance Graduate will gain practical training and relevant finance work experience required for professional development while supporting the Cummins Ghana Finance team.

• Assists with financial reporting with emphasis on adding value, accurate financial reporting and ensuring the achievement of financial targets and objectives.
• Support with the key business planning forecasting and reporting processes.
• Withholding Tax Management.
• Balance Sheet Account reconciliation.
• Provide adequate support for Account Payable team.
• Prepares analyses and reports for Business Leaders
• Any other tasks in the Finance department that may be assigned

Qualifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting or related field required.
• Ability to learn, analyze and understand business and technical processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Effective teamwork and multi-tasking skills a must.
