We are looking for a talented SENIOR RECRUITER to join our team specializing in HUMAN RESOURCES for our CORPORATE BUSINESS SEGMENT in ACCRA, GHANA.

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Recruiter 

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways :

• Identify and apply appropriate candidate sourcing methodologies and tools to identify, attract and engage a diverse pool of talent in the external market.
• Work together with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgement, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, with those of the organization.
• Making use of Taleo, our candidate tracking system
• Be an influencer with senior leaders in the organization and be comfortable operating at that level.
• Be an advocate for candidates and show candidate care at all times by adhering to all established SLA’s
• Have all round recruitment experience at all levels in the organization

Qualifications

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• Possess 3-5 years’ experience as a Snr Recruiter and have a tertiary qualification
• Have strong relationship-building as well as communication skills
• Fair well on the Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Be a team player as well as work comfortably alone with little supervision
