Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Officer

The role will promote, sell, process, monitor, record and evaluate individual/group/SME loans ensuring 100% repayment and compliance with credit lending policies and procedures

Minimum Qualification & Experience

Experience as Relationship Officer or a related role with at least three years experience in a financial institution

1st Degree or a Higher National Diploma (any discipline) from a reputable University

Knowledge of Microfinance within the Banking industry is required

Must have negotiation skills

Exceptional oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
