Job Title: Finance Manager

RTI International is requesting applications for technical and operational roles for the USAID-funded Power Africa Task Order. This Task Order intends to expand affordable and reliable electricity services in West Africa, with the ultimate goal of supporting development priorities, including inclusive economic growth, security, and improved health and education outcomes.

Depending on the position, work locations will be based in the following: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Sao Tome & Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo. We are recruiting bilingual (French/English) candidates for the following role: Finance Manager

Profile

Finance Manager will be responsible for all financial matters and ensure that financial procedures comply with the activity’s Management Plan.
He/she will ensure that billing and collections are accurately performed, oversee all activity financial management operations, and report activity accruals and expenditures.
This position will be located in Accra, Ghana.

Required Skills or Experience

Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business
9 years of experience in finance roles on USAID-funded projects in Africa.
Experience with QuickBooks necessary.
