Our Client is a leading brewer and marketer of premium drinks in Ghana with a mission to become the trendsetters in identifying opportunities and delivering with pace to meet consumer needs. The company is looking for experienced and result oriented individuals to fill its Marketing Manager position.
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Marketing & Innovations Director – Ghana, the job holder will effectively lead & manage the Company’s Strategic agenda through design, implementation, and evaluation in order to achieve targeted profit, market share, and volume objectives.
Lead annual Marketing Business Plans for the company to identify growth opportunities;
Formulate the strategic direction for the stout portfolio;
Articulate the brand annual operation plan
Drive successful execution and delivering to the aligned KPIs.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Marketing is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in blue chip multinational FMCGs in both marketing & Sales roles with involvement in broad commercial issues.
Demonstrable experience in the development and execution of outstanding marketing programs based on consumer insights.
Demonstrable experience in the development and introduction of new products and marketing opportunities and brand repositioning.
Demonstrable experience in Agency / Client Relationship Management
