Assist with development, and execute paid and organic PR Campaign strategy in alignment with TGL priorities
Develop and deliver PR strategy to leverage Social Performance projects and Local Content achievements and milestones to enhance Tullow reputation
Assist with development, and execute Reputation Issues Management/ Campaign as necessary
Coordinate with identified Third Party Advocacy groups for positive positioning
Execute Content and Channel strategy:
Develop and manage media and internal content calendar
Execute Multimedia Communication plan
Write/edit quality content (speeches, media releases, internal releases, presentations) and ensure required approvals
Manage content development (slides/notes) for leadership presentations, working with internal/external stakeholders as needed
Assist with delivery of digital content projects and campaigns as required
Provide recommendations for optimizing content creation and distribution based on established best practices
Assist management to establish systems for measurement and report on key performance metrics

SKILLS
Strong understanding of media (online, social, traditional) content production, campaigns and marketing communications
Experience with digital marketing and digital communications strategy and execution
Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to use tact, diplomacy and persuasiveness at all levels of an organisation; must be comfortable communicating with and presenting ideas to management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Requirements
• First or preferably Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management or Social Sciences. A professional qualification or Masters in Communications or Journalism will be an added advantage. • Strong experience and proven ability developing and executing traditional and digital communications strategy • Must have at least eight years corporate experience in reputation management
