Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF) is an independent fund set up by the Government of Ghana to mobilize, manage, coordinate and provide financial resources for investment in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure projects in Ghana. GIIF’s activities include: attracting investments through the domestic and international capital and financial markets; the provision of debt and equity financing for infrastructure in Ghana. The Fund will follow any other operational guidelines and procedures outlined in the Investment Policy Statement approved by the Board.

Job Title: Procurement Manager
Minimum Key Requirements Summary
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Purchasing & Supply
A professional qualification in procurement management (e.g. Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS UK), Associate or Membership of a recognized procurement management body
A minimum of 8 years relevant post qualification working experience in procurement management in a reputable universal bank with state interest or a reputable state-owned entity with at least 3 years in management positions. Proven experience, especially in the procurement of consultants or Advisory firms to conduct due diligence assignments and other technical
advisory firms to conduct due diligence assignments and other technical advisory work for investment in infrastructure or project finance
